Job Title : SAP MII Consultant / Senior Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) Consultant/Senior Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing and MES integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience in SAP MII and be capable of designing, developing, and integrating manufacturing solutions with enterprise and shop-floor systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and support SAP MII applications.

- Develop BLS Transactions, Query Templates, Dashboards, and Web-based Applications.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP MII implementation projects.

- Integrate SAP MII with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, MES, PLC/SCADA, Historians, and other shop-floor systems.

- Develop and troubleshoot interfaces using SAP PCo, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, SQL, XML, and XSLT.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

- Perform testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

- Ensure solution quality and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skills :

- Graduate or MBA with 5 to 8 years of techno-functional experience in SAP Manufacturing/MES integration.

- 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP MII.

- Strong experience in :

1. BLS Transactions

2. Query Templates

3. Dashboards

4. Web-based Applications

- Experience in 1 to 2 end-to-end SAP MII implementation projects, preferably in manufacturing or process industries.

- Hands-on experience integrating SAP MII with :

1. SAP ECC/S/4HANA

2. MES

3. PLC/SCADA

4. Historians

5. Shop-floor Systems

- Good knowledge of :

1. SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo)

2. IDocs

3. RFC

4. BAPI

5. Web Services

6. SQL

7. XML/XSLT

- Strong troubleshooting and interface support skills.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
