Role Summary :

Seeking a hands-on SAP Migration Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Migration Architecture, Data Transformation Strategy, Governance, and Migration Execution.

The individual must continue to be technically hands-on while defining migration architecture and delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define enterprise SAP Data Migration architecture and strategy.

- Design migration frameworks, reconciliation processes, and cutover approaches.

- Lead migration workstreams across large SAP transformation programs.

- Drive data quality, governance, and migration best practices.

- Architect migration solutions covering structured and unstructured datasets.

- Guide migration teams across multiple migration tools and platforms.

- Work closely with Functional Architects and Business Process Owners.

Mandatory Skills :

- 11 - 15 years of experience with at least 6+ years focused on SAP Migration.

- Proven architecture experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations.

- Strong expertise in migration methodologies, governance frameworks, and migration architecture.

- Deep understanding of SAP master and transactional data domains.

- Experience defining migration strategies across multiple business functions.

- Ability to guide both solution architecture and hands-on delivery teams.
