SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant - S/4 HANA Implementation

Domain : SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

Mandatory : At least one End-to-End S/4HANA implementation

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on technical exposure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in MDG solution design, implementation, and rollout across enterprise landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support SAP MDG domains such as Material Master, Business Partner (Customer & Vendor), and Finance

- Lead and facilitate solution confirmation workshops with business stakeholders and sub-workstream leads

- Gather and analyze business requirements, including stakeholder interviews and requirement documentation

- Design and define data requirements, structures, storage, and integration

- Configure SAP MDG components including :

- Data Models

- UI Modeling

- Workflow

- BRF+

- Data Replication Framework (DRF)

- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and training materials

- Coordinate and complete Solution Confirmation documentation in line with program methodology

- Identify and manage dependencies between process design and master data

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and process leads for alignment

- Manage day-to-day activities of the MDG domain team

- Track project status, progress, effort, and risks

- Provide guidance and support to development teams during coding, testing, and deployment

- Bridge the gap between functional and technical teams, ensuring smooth defect analysis and resolution

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 1 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA MDG implementation

- Strong experience in SAP MDG Functional & Techno-Functional roles

- Proven experience in requirements gathering, design, and solution confirmation

- Ability to work in complex, cross-functional project environments

Good to Have :

- Experience in 2 or more End-to-End MDG rollouts

- Hands-on experience with :

- Data Modeling

- UI Modeling

- DRF

- BRF+ Workflows

- MDG Consolidation

- Data Quality Management (DQM)

- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP and BADIs

- Experience working closely with developers on technical design
