We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDG Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex master data governance solutions. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical architecture, working closely with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and client leadership to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

You will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap of MDG projects, ensuring that our master data strategies directly contribute to streamlined business operations and improved decision-making capabilities across the enterprise. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India, allowing you to collaborate with diverse teams in a high-impact, remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end SAP MDG solutions for Material, Customer, and Vendor domains to ensure high-quality data standards across the organization.

- Lead the development of custom workflows, UI configurations, and BRF+ rules to automate complex business processes and enhance user experience for internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business process owners to translate intricate requirements into robust technical specifications that align with global data governance policies.

- Perform complex data migrations and integration tasks using SAP BODS or SAP Migration Cockpit to ensure seamless data flow between legacy systems and the MDG hub.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and system performance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues during the implementation and hyper-care phases to minimize business disruption and ensure system stability.

- 1. Overall 9+ years of SAP (ECC & S4 HANA) working experience.

- 2. 5+ years working experience in MDG (Both Implementation & support).

- 3. Expertise in Data models (Custom data model, MM, BP).

- 4. Expertise in process model, UI Model.

- 5. Good working experience in Data replication framework (DRF), Derivations/Validations.

- 6. Working Knowledge on BRF+.

- 7. Good hands-on experience in ABAP (DDIC, Reports, BAPI/BADI/Enhancements).

- 8. Knowledge on Odata, OOPs ABAP is plus.

- 9. Basic knowledge on Dypro and FPM (not mandatory).

- 10. Good communication skill, ability to analyze the issues and provide best practice solutions to client.
