Role Overview :

As an SAP MDG Material Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, specifically focusing on Material Master data.

You will collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, configure the MDG system, and ensure data quality and governance.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our clients' material management processes, leading to improved operational performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Material Master data governance for client projects.

- Design and configure the SAP MDG system to meet specific client needs and industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and validation rules within the SAP MDG environment.

- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MDG processes and functionalities.

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP MDG configurations and processes.

- Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the quality and reliability of the SAP MDG solution.
