Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP MDG solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for governing enterprise master data, improving data quality, and ensuring consistent master data processes across business functions. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to establish effective data governance frameworks and master data management strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions.

- Manage and govern master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and Business Partner.

- Configure data models, workflows, validation rules, derivations, and governance processes within SAP MDG.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define master data standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

- Support master data creation, change management, approval workflows, and data stewardship processes.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and compliance across enterprise systems.

- Integrate SAP MDG with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP/non-SAP applications.

- Support data migration, data cleansing, and data harmonization initiatives.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP MDG solutions.

- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.

- Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations for master data processes.

- Ensure adherence to data governance best practices and organizational standards.
