Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP MDG solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in master data governance, data models, workflows, BRF+, Fiori, data replication, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions.

- Design and manage governance processes for Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Financial master data.

- Configure and maintain MDG Data Models, Change Requests, Workflows, User Interfaces, and Business Rules.

- Develop and customize MDG workflows using BRF+, Fiori, and workflow configurations.

- Integrate SAP MDG with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and non-SAP applications.

- Perform data cleansing, validation, harmonization, and master data quality activities.

- Support data migration, replication, consolidation, and synchronization processes.

- Configure and work with the SAP Data Replication Framework (DRF) for master data distribution.

- Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve MDG workflow, data replication, integration, and master data quality issues.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation related to MDG processes and solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, ABAP developers, Basis teams, and integration teams.

- Ensure MDG solutions follow SAP best practices and organizational data governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).

- Experience implementing and configuring SAP MDG solutions.

- Good knowledge of MDG Data Models, Change Requests, Workflows, UI, and Business Rules.

- Experience with BRF+ and Fiori in SAP MDG.

- Strong understanding of master data domains including Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.

- Experience integrating MDG with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party/non-SAP systems.

- Hands-on experience with SAP DRF (Data Replication Framework).

- Knowledge of data cleansing, harmonization, validation, migration, replication, and synchronization.

- Experience in troubleshooting workflow, integration, and master data quality issues.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
