We are seeking a seasoned SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) expert to lead complex data transformation initiatives and architect robust governance frameworks for our global enterprise clients.

In this leadership capacity, you will serve as the primary bridge between business process owners and technical delivery teams, ensuring that master data strategy aligns seamlessly with overarching digital transformation goals.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of MDG implementations, driving data quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance across heterogeneous SAP landscapes.

By championing data integrity, you will directly influence business decision-making, operational efficiency, and the successful deployment of S/4HANA environments for our high-profile clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design end-to-end SAP MDG solutions, including MDG-F, MDG-C, MDG-S, and MDG-M, to streamline data consolidation and distribution processes for global business units.

- Lead complex data migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless interoperability between SAP MDG and legacy or third-party systems to maintain a single source of truth.

- Define and implement comprehensive data governance policies, workflows, and validation rules that enhance data accuracy and reduce operational friction for end-users.

- Mentor cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership during the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and blueprinting to hyper-care support.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps, ensuring the MDG framework evolves alongside changing organizational needs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in configuring SAP MDG frameworks, including expertise in BRF+, UI modeling, and Rule-based Workflow (RBWF) to automate complex data approval processes.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP implementations, with a deep understanding of data modeling, replication techniques, and integration via IDoc, Web Services, or SAP PI/PO.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical data strategies to non-technical leadership and influence decision-making at the executive level.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex data quality issues and provide sustainable, long-term architectural solutions that minimize technical debt.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact projects in a remote or hybrid work environment.

- High degree of adaptability to work across multiple locations, including Hyderabad or other PAN India hubs, maintaining consistent delivery standards in a distributed team structure.
