Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Joule AI Agent Architect / Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP Joule - SAP's Generative AI Digital Assistant across enterprise SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP BTP, AI/ML services, SAP Integration Suite, CAP/RAP, and extensive understanding of business processes across S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and CX.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end AI solutions using SAP Joule AI, SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad.

- Define the technical roadmap for Joule AI deployments, including integration patterns, performance, security, and scalability.

- Design conversational flows, prompts, agent logic, and generative AI interactions through Joule.

- Develop custom Joule extensions and AI-powered agents using SAP BTP services (CAP, RAP, Kyma, Cloud Foundry).

- Implement AI-based use cases integrated with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, CX, IBP.

- Work with SAP APIs, OData, REST, Event Mesh, Integration Suite to enable intelligent workflow automation.

- Develop and deploy AI agent capabilities including NLP, workflow orchestration, and predictive insights.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare, model, and optimize data for AI workloads.

- Evaluate emerging Joule capabilities, BTP services, and GenAI trends.

- Lead PoCs, pilot implementations, and innovation labs for AI-driven business value.

- Provide mentoring, enablement, and best practices to internal and customer teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong hands-on delivery.

- Deep expertise in SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry, Kyma, CAP/RAP, Security, API Management).

- Experience with SAP AI technologies such as SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP Datasphere AI capabilities, SAP CAI / CoPilot.

- Strong domain understanding in S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, CX, IBP.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, OData, REST, and event-driven architecture.

- Development experience in Python, Node.js, SAP CAP, or Java.

- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and generative AI concepts.

- Understanding of security concepts (OAuth, SAML, JWT, IAS/IPS).

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- SAP BTP Certifications.

- Experience with GenAI workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Prior experience implementing conversational AI bots or intelligent workflows.

- Understanding of SAP landscape modernization and digital transformation.
