Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced SAP CRM IS-U Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM and SAP IS-U implementations, enhancements, and support projects. The role requires strong knowledge of utility business processes and integration between CRM and IS-U modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP CRM IS-U projects.

- Configure and support business processes including Move-In/Move-Out, Disconnection/Reconnection, Customer Service, Service Orders, and Contract Management.

- Work extensively on CRM Web UI / IC WebClient, CIC, Interaction Records, and Case Management.

- Manage CRM Middleware, BDocs, and integration between SAP CRM and SAP IS-U.

- Coordinate with Billing, FICA, Device Management, and Meter Data Management teams.

- Prepare Functional Specifications, BRDs, Test Cases, and support SIT/UAT activities.

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

- Collaborate with technical/ABAP teams for custom developments and interfaces.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of SAP CRM IS-U experience in implementation and support projects.

- Strong expertise in SAP Utilities (IS-U) business processes.

- Hands-on experience with CRM Web UI / IC WebClient.

- Good knowledge of CRM Middleware, BDocs, and data replication.

- Experience in Business Partner Management, CIC, Case Management, Service Orders, and Contracts.

- Understanding of IS-U Billing, FICA, and Device Management integration.

- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
