Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U FICA Support Consultant to manage, support, and enhance SAP IS-U FICA applications within the Utilities domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in SAP IS-U FICA, incident resolution, configuration, and ABAP enhancements while ensuring stable business operations and financial reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production support and maintenance for SAP IS-U FICA applications.

- Manage key FICA processes including Business Partner (BP), Contract Account (CA), Payment Lots, Returns, Dunning, Interest & Charges, Write-offs, Correspondence, Payment Mediums, Mass Activities, and Reconciliation.

- Analyze and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.

- Maintain the Known Error Database (KEDB) and improve support processes.

- Implement configuration changes through SPRO and support minor ABAP developments such as BAdIs, User Exits, Forms, and Reports.

- Monitor batch jobs and ensure smooth execution of month-end and year-end business processes.

- Perform financial reconciliation between FI-CA, FI/GL, and sub-ledgers.

- Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide operational support during critical business cycles.

- Participate in on-call support and ensure timely issue resolution within SLA commitments.

Technical Skills :

- SAP IS-U FICA, SAP Enterprise Portal (EP), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP ABAP, SAP FI-CA Configuration, SPRO Configuration, Business Partner (BP), Contract Account (CA), Payment Lots, Dunning, Interest & Charges, Write-offs, Correspondence, Payment Mediums, Mass Activities, Financial Reconciliation, Batch Job Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Incident Management.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong experience in the Utilities industry.

- SAP Certification in SAP Financials (FI-CA) or SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience with Device Master Data and related configuration.

- Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Portal administration.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Candidate Preference :

- Candidates from Kolkata, Jharkhand, Bihar, and Odisha are preferred.

- Must be proficient in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

- Should be willing to participate in an on-call support model.

Work Location : Kolkata (Only Kolkata-based candidates will be considered).
