WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR :

- Hands-on experience and strong expertise in SAP IS-U Device Management (DM)

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

- Experience managing day-to-day SAP IS-U DM operations, incidents, and troubleshooting

- Ability to provide workarounds while Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is in progress

- Good understanding of SAP batch jobs and job scheduling

- Knowledge of SAP IS-U DM integration with other SAP modules and external systems

- Ability to identify and recommend process improvements

- Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure business objectives are met

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Good exposure to Incident Management processes

Someone who can take ownership of SAP IS-U DM production operations, troubleshoot issues effectively, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve operational processes.
