Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Integration Suite Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI), API integrations, and enterprise application connectivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP applications.

The role requires hands-on experience with iFlow development, REST APIs, OAuth2 authentication, JSON/XML payloads, integration troubleshooting, incident management, and customer support operations. Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP Signavio, Process Mining, AI/LLM-based workflows, and CI/CD practices will be highly advantageous.

The candidate should be capable of working closely with business users, architects, support teams, and external customers to ensure reliable and scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Integration Suite Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI).

- Build, configure, and deploy :

6. Exception Sub-Processes

7. Process Direct Integrations

- Develop integrations between SAP and third-party applications.

- Implement reusable integration components and best practices.

- Perform integration testing and deployment activities.

API & Interface Development :

- Design and consume RESTful APIs.

- Develop secure API integrations using :

2. SOAP

4. HTTP/S

- Configure :

1. OAuth 2.0

4. JWT Authentication

- Work extensively with :

- Troubleshoot API communication and connectivity issues.

Integration Support & Incident Management :

- Provide L2/L3 support for production integrations.

- Monitor integration landscapes and proactively resolve issues.

- Investigate failed messages and processing errors.

4. Integration Optimization

- Manage incidents through ticketing systems.

- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of customer issues.

- Support integration scenarios involving :

- Assist in onboarding and maintaining integration content.

- Support procurement and process intelligence integration requirements.

Integration Monitoring & Operations :

- Monitor integration health and message processing.

- Utilize SAP monitoring tools to :

2. Analyze failures

3. Monitor performance

4. Generate operational reports

- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure platform stability and operational excellence.

CI/CD & DevOps Practices :

- Participate in CI/CD implementation for integration development.

- Automate deployment and transport processes.

- Manage version control repositories.

- Support DevOps and release management processes.

- Promote automated testing and deployment best practices.

Scripting & Custom Development :

- Develop custom scripts using :

- Create reusable integration utilities.

- Implement custom validation, transformation, and enrichment logic.

- Support automation initiatives across integration platforms.

Process Mining & Intelligent Automation :

- Support process intelligence initiatives using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.

- Analyze process data and integration touchpoints.

- Assist in process optimization and automation opportunities.

- Contribute to AI-enabled integration and workflow solutions.

AI / LLM Integration Initiatives :

- Participate in integration projects involving :

4. Intelligent automation platforms

- Support API-based connectivity with AI platforms.

- Enable data exchange between enterprise systems and AI services.
