Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP integration professional who can support global integration landscapes while being based in India. You will work closely with European teams, aligning with CEST working hours, and play a key role in designing, developing, and operating SAP interface solutions across the company's global ecosystem. The position requires deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, TPM, Event Mesh) and SAP Process Orchestration, along with strong operational capabilities to ensure seamless data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Integration Design & Development :

- Develop, configure, and maintain integration flows using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, TPM, Event Mesh) and SAP Process Orchestration.

- Build interfaces connecting SAP ECC/S4HANA with cloud and on-premises systems used across company's global operations.

- Ensure integration solutions follow global architecture standards while adapting to India delivery processes.

2. Operations & Support :

- Manage day-to-day interface operations from the Mumbai office, ensuring high availability and timely issue resolution.

- Monitor CPI/PO interfaces, handle alerts, and troubleshoot failures to minimize business disruption.

- Provide L2/L3 support for global integration incidents during CET hours.

3. Collaboration with Global Teams :

- Work closely with European IT teams, SAP functional consultants, and business stakeholders.

- Participate in global integration projects, workshops, and design discussions.

- Coordinate with Indian vendors, offshore teams, and internal support groups when required.

4. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing :

- Prepare detailed technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for junior team members or India-based support teams.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation :

- Stay updated with SAP's latest integration technologies and best practices.

- Recommend improvements to enhance performance, security, and scalability of integration landscapes.

- Contribute to global integration modernization initiatives, including PO-to-CPI migration.

Key Competencies Required :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong expertise in SAP CPI and SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and experience with SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring and change management.

- 6 years of experience in SAP integration development and operations.

- Exposure to automation frameworks for integration testing and deployment.

- Understanding of observability practices for proactive monitoring.

- Ability to mentor junior developers in the India team.

- Excellent English communication skills for working with global teams.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills across multi-system landscapes.

- Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
