Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber SAP Integration & Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi NCR. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity across our enterprise ecosystem.

You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients to design, deploy, and optimize SAP environments. By driving efficient data migration strategies and architecting scalable integration patterns, you will directly influence the operational agility and digital transformation success of our organization, ensuring that our systems remain resilient and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute end-to-end SAP implementation projects to streamline business processes and enhance organizational productivity for our diverse client base.

- Design and maintain secure RESTful API integrations to facilitate real-time data exchange between SAP and third-party applications, ensuring system interoperability.

- Manage complex data migration lifecycles, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime during transitions to new SAP modules.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate technical specifications into actionable system configurations that meet evolving business needs.

- Troubleshoot integration bottlenecks and performance issues to maintain high availability and reliability of the SAP landscape for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Integration and Implementation methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

- Advanced technical capability in developing and consuming RESTful APIs to connect disparate software environments effectively.

- Strong analytical mindset to oversee large-scale data migration projects while maintaining strict data governance and quality standards.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Delhi NCR, balancing independent technical execution with collaborative team-based project delivery.

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP environments, demonstrating a consistent ability to manage technical challenges and project timelines.
