Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement SAP ILM strategies and solutions to meet client-specific data retention and archiving requirements.

- Configure and customize SAP ILM objects, policies, and retention rules to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with SAP Basis and Security teams to integrate ILM solutions with existing SAP landscapes and security frameworks.

- Develop and execute data archiving and deletion procedures to optimize system performance and reduce storage costs.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ILM implementations, addressing issues related to data archiving, retention, and retrieval.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP ILM configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on SAP ILM best practices and functionalities to empower them to manage their data effectively.

- Monitor and analyze data archiving and retention activities to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement SAP ILM solutions, including data archiving, retention management, and legal hold functionalities.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP ILM objects, policies, and retention rules to meet specific business requirements.

- Strong understanding of SAP Basis and Security concepts, with the ability to integrate ILM solutions with existing SAP landscapes and security frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL and SAP ABAP, with the ability to develop custom reports and enhancements for SAP ILM.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
