Job Overview
:

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Supply Planning Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Order-Based Planning and proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations in SAP Integrated Business Planning. The consultant will play a key role in large-scale supply chain transformation programs, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and deploy effective supply planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
:

- Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of SAP IBP with a focus on Supply Planning.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.

- Configure and implement SAP IBP Time Series Supply Planning.

- Configure and implement SAP IBP Order-Based Planning.

- Configure and implement SAP IBP Inventory Optimization.

- Perform system configuration, integration support, testing, and deployment activities.

- Conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders to define planning processes and system design.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve system and process-related issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications and Skills
:

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP.

- At least one complete end-to-end implementation in SAP IBP, specifically in Order-Based Planning.

- Strong expertise in SAP IBP Supply Planning modules including Time Series Supply Planning, Order-Based Planning, and Inventory Optimization.

- Strong configuration knowledge in SAP IBP.

- Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand-supply balancing, inventory planning, and capacity planning.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with client stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.
