About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules and end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP IBP implementations and possess deep functional knowledge in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Response & Supply Planning with a strong focus on replenishment planning.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement scalable SAP IBP solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP IBP functional workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutions.

Configure and support SAP IBP modules including :

- IBP Demand Planning

- IBP Supply Planning

- IBP Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

- IBP Response & Supply Planning

- Design and implement replenishment planning processes using SAP IBP Response & Supply capabilities.

- Drive end-to-end supply chain planning transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business users to optimize planning processes, inventory management, forecasting, and supply balancing.

- Support integration activities between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA systems.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, integrations, and enhancements.

- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live support.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices within SAP IBP.

- Work independently in a remote delivery environment while ensuring timely project deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of overall SAP functional consulting experience.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP IBP implementation projects completed successfully.

Strong hands-on configuration experience in :

- SAP IBP Demand Planning

- SAP IBP Supply Planning

- SAP IBP S&OP

- SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning

- Strong understanding of replenishment planning and supply chain planning processes.

- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong functional knowledge of :

- Demand forecasting

- Inventory optimization

- Supply planning

- Capacity planning

- Replenishment and response planning

- Sales & Operations Planning

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Ability to lead business discussions and provide consulting recommendations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP IBP certification is preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or supply chain-intensive industries is an added advantage.

- Exposure to Agile project methodologies is preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP APO or other advanced planning tools is a plus.
