Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Developer - Supply Planning to join our team and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Supply Planning processes and hands-on experience across key SAP IBP modules, enabling organizations to improve planning efficiency, inventory management, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SAP IBP Supply Planning solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and support IBP Time Series Supply Planning processes and planning models.

- Implement and optimize Cost-Based Optimizer, Finite & Infinite Heuristics, and Constraints-Based Planning capabilities.

- Work on Order-Based Planning (OBP) to support detailed supply planning and execution processes.

- Configure and enhance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) solutions to align demand, supply, and inventory objectives.

- Leverage SAP IBP Control Tower for supply chain visibility, monitoring, and exception management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose scalable SAP IBP solutions.

- Develop and maintain planning models, key figures, planning areas, and integration objects within SAP IBP.

- Support integration between SAP IBP and other SAP/non-SAP systems.

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry-standard supply chain planning processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 10 years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP IBP Supply Planning.

- Hands-on experience with IBP Time Series Supply Planning.

- Strong experience in Cost-Based Optimizer.

- Expertise in Finite & Infinite Heuristics.

- Experience with Constraints-Based Planning.

- Hands-on experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

- Strong knowledge of Order-Based Planning (OBP).

- Experience working with SAP IBP Control Tower.

- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

- Ability to independently gather business requirements and design SAP IBP solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in large-scale SAP IBP implementation or transformation projects.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP IBP.

- SAP IBP certification is an added advantage.

Important Note :

- Candidates with experience limited to SAP IBP Demand Planning will not be considered.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP Supply Planning is mandatory.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related discipline.

- Any Graduate with relevant SAP IBP experience may be considered.
