SAP IBP Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP IBP Consultants with strong expertise in Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory Optimization. The role involves end-to-end SAP IBP implementation, solution design, configuration, integration, and supply chain process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation and support activities.

Work on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Response & Supply, and Inventory Optimization.

Gather business requirements, prepare blueprints, functional specifications, and solution designs.

Configure and optimize SAP IBP planning processes, key figures, planning levels, time profiles, and planning operators.

Develop and maintain forecasting and demand planning models.

Work with Time Series and Order Series-based planning.

Design and manage integrations between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI-DS, and non-SAP systems.

Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance planning efficiency and business outcomes.

Work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, engineering teams, and IT teams.

Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities.

Prepare technical and functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to project teams.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP.

Expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Planning.

Strong knowledge of Forecasting and S&OP processes.

Experience with SAP CPI-DS / CI-DS and system integrations.

Knowledge of Inventory Optimization.

Experience with Time Series and Order Series planning.

Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration.

Strong requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
