Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to support and enhance enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning processes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply, with the ability to deliver scalable planning solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP IBP solutions across supply chain planning processes.

- Work extensively on IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions.

- Configure planning areas, key figures, master data, planning levels, and related IBP objects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Support integration between SAP IBP and SAP ERP/S4HANA systems.

- Perform system testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.

- Optimize planning processes and improve overall supply chain visibility and efficiency.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP IBP.

- Experience in the following SAP IBP modules :

1. Demand Planning

2. Supply Planning

3. Inventory Optimization

4. Response & Supply

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

- Experience in SAP IBP implementation, enhancement, or support projects.

- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with business stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP integration.

- SAP IBP certification is an added advantage.

- Exposure to global supply chain planning environments is preferred.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Any Graduate with relevant SAP IBP experience may be considered.
