Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with 5-6 years of expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Supply Response.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable planning solutions, managing system integrations, and driving continuous improvements in supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and support SAP IBP modules, including :

1. Demand Planning

2. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

3. Supply Response

- Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

- Configure planning areas, planning levels, key figures, master data, and planning operators within SAP IBP.

- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.

- Manage SAP IBP integrations with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA using CPI-DS and Real-Time Integration (RTI).

- Troubleshoot integration issues, planning model errors, and system performance challenges.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of the SAP IBP environment.

- Work closely with business users to understand planning requirements and deliver optimized supply chain solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.

- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in supply chain planning processes and recommend best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5-6 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning with strong expertise in SAP IBP.

- Hands-on experience in :

1. SAP IBP Demand Planning

2. SAP IBP Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

3. SAP IBP Supply Response

- Strong knowledge of planning models, planning areas, key figures, attributes, and master data.

- Experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Expertise in SAP IBP integration with :

1. SAP ECC

2. SAP S/4HANA

3. CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services)

4. RTI (Real-Time Integration)

- Strong troubleshooting skills for planning models, integration, and system performance issues.

- Understanding of supply chain planning processes, demand planning, inventory planning, and response planning.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration.

- Knowledge of SAP APO or SAP PP/DS.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Experience with global supply chain transformation projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- SAP IBP certification is highly preferred.

- Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects.
