Role Overview :

As an SAP IBP Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between business requirements and technical supply chain solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize planning processes that drive efficiency and accuracy. Your day-to-day involves translating complex supply chain challenges into robust SAP IBP configurations, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge through data-driven demand and supply planning. This role directly impacts the operational agility of our clients, enabling them to navigate market volatility with precision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain SAP IBP modules to support end-to-end demand and supply planning processes for diverse client portfolios.

- Develop and manage complex data integration flows using CPI-DS to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP IBP and external ERP systems.

- Execute comprehensive testing cycles, including unit testing and user acceptance testing, to validate system performance and functional accuracy.

- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting to identify and resolve system bottlenecks, ensuring minimal disruption to critical business planning cycles.

- Collaborate with business process owners to translate supply chain requirements into scalable technical designs that improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.

- Provide expert guidance on the transition from legacy SAP APO environments to modern SAP IBP landscapes, ensuring data integrity and process continuity.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 5 to 6.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP, with a deep functional understanding of Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules.

- Demonstrate technical proficiency in CPI-DS for data integration and possess a strong foundational knowledge of SAP APO architecture.

- Exhibit exceptional analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex technical issues within tight project timelines.

- Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to articulate complex supply chain concepts clearly.

- Adapt quickly to remote or hybrid work environments while maintaining high levels of productivity and self-management.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, complemented by a track record of successful project delivery.
