SAP IBP Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

Functional & Technical Responsibilities :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) modules including :

1. IBP for S&OP

2. IBP for Demand

3. IBP for Supply

4. IBP for Inventory

5. IBP for Supply & Response

6. IBP Control Tower

- Configure SAP IBP modules and deliver solutions aligned with client standards.

- Integration experience using HCI/SDI between source systems and IBP.

- Integration of IBP with other SAP modules such as ECC, BPC, APO, S/4HANA, and external applications.

- Strong knowledge of APO DP and SNP (added advantage).

- Experience in APO DP configuration, BW modeling, and planning area configuration.

- Understanding of upstream and downstream data modeling.

- Create Process Definition Documents (PDD), Business Process Procedures (BPP) and functional specifications.

- Develop process flows in Microsoft Visio and prepare Blueprint/workshop presentation decks.

Implementation & Support Experience :

- Experience across full SAP implementation lifecycle :

1. Unit Testing

2. Integration Testing

3. Cycle Testing

4. User Support

5. User Manual Preparation

6. Incident, Change, and Problem Management with SLA adherence.

- Ticket quality review and status reporting.

- Exposure to different implementation methodologies.

- Regular interaction with onsite teams/clients and participation in daily/weekly calls.

Preferred Technical Skills :

- Integration with PPDS and PP modules.

- Exposure to ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC interfaces.

- Knowledge of ECC Production Planning.

- Experience in S/4HANA Enterprise Management.

- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (preferred).
