Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support SAP IBP integrations using SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS).

- Configure and maintain data extraction and transformation processes between SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, APO, and SAP IBP.

- Develop and optimize CI-DS jobs for master data and transactional data loads.

- Configure and support Real-Time Integration (RTI) and batch integrations.

- Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support SAP IBP modules including :

1. Demand Planning (DP)

2. Supply Planning (SOP)

3. Inventory Optimization (IO)

4. Response & Supply (Order-Based Planning)

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.

- Create technical specifications, design documents, and support documentation.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of SAP SCM/SAP Planning experience.

- 3+ years of SAP IBP implementation experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CI-DS.

- Experience integrating :

1. SAP IBP

2. SAP S/4HANA

3. SAP ECC

4. SAP BW

5. SAP APO

- Strong knowledge of :

1. Planning Areas

2. Planning Levels

3. Master Data Types

4. Key Figures

5. Time Profiles

6. Data Integration Models

- Experience with HANA-based data structures.

- Knowledge of CPI-DS, RTI, SDI, and Integration Technologies.

- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

- Experience in production support and incident management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP IBP Certification.

- Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.

- Exposure to SAP Integration Suite/CPI.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Supply Chain Planning domain knowledge.

Nice to Have :

- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration.

- SAP BTP exposure.

- SAP MDG integration experience.

- Knowledge of Python or data analytics tools.
