SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support

Role Overview :

We are hiring experienced SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultants with 6-20 years of overall experience, preferably 7+ years, for implementing and supporting payroll solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise in payroll configuration, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations

- Configure and customize Payroll schemas, PCRs, and related components based on client requirements and Strada standards

- Handle payroll configuration, including taxation, garnishments, and year-end payroll processes

- Work closely on time management integration with payroll

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Support go-live and post-go-live activities, ensuring payroll readiness

- Maintain project documentation, status tracking, and reporting

- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

- Ensure timely delivery of milestones with effective priority management

- Provide functional expertise aligned with SAP HR architecture and business processes

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 20 years of SAP HCM experience, with a strong focus on Payroll

- Minimum 1 - 2 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations (mandatory)

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

1. Payroll Configuration

2. Schemas & PCRs

3. Time Management

4. Garnishments & Taxation

5. Year-end payroll activities

- Experience in any payroll (Except Middle East)

- Candidates with payroll experience from any region except the Middle East are eligible

- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience across multiple European country payrolls

- Knowledge of any European language (added advantage)

- Exposure to hybrid/virtual project delivery models

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
