Role Overview :


As an SAP HCM Global Payroll Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying complex payroll solutions for a diverse global clientele. You will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical developers to translate intricate regulatory requirements into robust SAP payroll processes.


Your work will directly influence the accuracy and compliance of payroll operations for large-scale organizations, ensuring seamless integration between time management and financial reporting modules to drive business continuity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain SAP Payroll schemas and rules to ensure accurate calculation of gross-to-net payments across multiple international jurisdictions.

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects by gathering business requirements, designing functional specifications, and executing system configurations.

- Manage complex data migration activities, ensuring the integrity and security of sensitive employee information during transitions from legacy systems to SAP.

- Integrate SAP Time Management with payroll modules to automate attendance-based compensation and ensure real-time data accuracy.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical payroll processing issues, providing technical support to end-users to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct system testing, user acceptance training, and post-implementation support to ensure optimal system performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP HCM, specifically within Payroll configuration, schema development, and PCRs for global payroll environments.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in SAP Time Management integration and the ability to map complex leave and attendance policies into the SAP ecosystem.

- Possess a proven track record of managing end-to-end data migration projects, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation for large-scale SAP rollouts.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships across global project teams.

- Maintain a minimum of 4 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Payroll modules within a consulting or enterprise environment.

- Adapt seamlessly to flexible work environments, including remote or hybrid setups, while maintaining high productivity and meeting stringent project deadlines.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology, complemented by a strong analytical mindset for solving intricate payroll challenges.
