We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Functional Payroll Consultant to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical payroll solutions, ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end payroll processes for our global clientele. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, internal stakeholders, and client HR leadership to design, configure, and optimize SAP Payroll systems.

Your work will directly impact the accuracy and efficiency of payroll operations, ensuring compliance and timely compensation for thousands of employees, thereby driving operational excellence and organizational trust.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain SAP Payroll schemas and rules to ensure accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, and statutory requirements for diverse business entities.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM modules, specifically focusing on Payroll, to streamline HR operations and improve data integrity.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications to provide scalable solutions that meet evolving organizational needs.

- Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to resolve payroll-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery for end-users.

- Partner with technical teams to oversee data migration and system integration projects, ensuring that payroll data flows accurately across the entire HR landscape.

- Provide expert-level guidance to stakeholders on payroll best practices and regulatory compliance to mitigate risk and enhance process transparency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, including schema development, PCRs, and integration with Time Management and Personnel Administration.

- Exhibit strong analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex payroll discrepancies in high-pressure environments.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating technical payroll concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical business partners.
