SAP HCM Consultant

About the Role :

Looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Australian Payroll to manage payroll operations and ensure statutory compliance.

What You'll Do :

- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (Australia region)

- Work on payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll cycles

- Ensure compliance with Australian tax, superannuation, and statutory regulations

- Manage payroll processing, testing, and reconciliations

- Partner with HR/Finance teams to improve payroll efficiency

- Support audits and resolve payroll discrepancies

What We're Looking For :

- Strong hands-on in Australian Payroll configuration

- Experience in Time Management & Personnel Administration

- Knowledge of statutory compliance frameworks in Australia

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
