Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM SuccessFactors solutions for clients across various industries.

- Provide expert-level support to clients on US Payroll, Canada Payroll, Time & Labor management using SAP HCM modules such as PDS (Payroll Data Services).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Job Requirements :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementation or support.

- Strong understanding of US Tax laws and regulations related to employee compensation and benefits.

- Proficiency in creating complex schedules using schema tools like Personal Assistant (PA) or similar applications.
