Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA SCM PP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP SCM PP processes and be capable of collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective manufacturing and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP Production Planning (PP) modules in SAP HANA/S4HANA environments.

- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

- Manage production planning, demand management, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control processes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM modules.

- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments.

- Provide production support and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.

- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for business users.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in SAP SCM PP (Production Planning).

- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Expertise in :

i. Demand Management

ii. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

iii. Capacity Planning

iv. Production Orders

v. Shop Floor Control

vi. Master Data Management

- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

- Preferred Qualifications :

i. SAP PP certification is preferred.

ii. Experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.

iii. Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and PM modules.

Experience Requirements :

- Relevant SAP SCM PP experience is mandatory.

- Candidate band/grade will be determined based on relevant experience.

- Profiles with experience below the required level for the designated band will not be considered.
