We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA SCM / SAP MM Consultant with 67 years of relevant experience to join our team in Bangalore on a long-term contract engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP HANA SCM, with a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and supporting SAP MM processes, working on supply chain integration scenarios, resolving production issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions.

Chinese language proficiency is mandatory/preferred, as the role involves interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, business users, or project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as an SAP MM / HANA SCM Consultant supporting supply chain and procurement-related business processes.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Configure and maintain SAP MM functionalities based on business requirements.

- Work on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and vendor-related processes.

- Handle SAP MM master data including Material Master, Vendor/Business Partner, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and related procurement data.

- Configure and support purchasing, inventory management, goods movement, stock transfer, and invoice verification processes.

- Work on inventory management and stock-related business processes.

- Support integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.

- Work with SAP HANA-based supply chain solutions and analyze business processes running on the HANA platform.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical/ABAP teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and integrations.

- Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing.

- Analyze and resolve production issues, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution and project delivery.

- Support data migration and validation activities related to SAP MM and SCM processes.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.

- Participate in change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure SAP solutions are aligned with business processes, internal standards, and project requirements.

- Support supply chain planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics-related business processes.

- Analyze data and business processes using HANA-based applications and reporting capabilities.

- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot HANA-related functional issues.

- Support performance optimization and process improvements in SAP SCM environments.

- Understand integration points between SAP MM, SCM, and other SAP applications.

- Participate in SAP HANA migration, implementation, rollout, or enhancement activities where applicable.

- Experience working with international/Chinese stakeholders.
