Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP HANA expert to join our Chennai-based team to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a technical architect and strategic advisor, working closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and global project teams to design, implement, and optimize complex SAP landscapes.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of S/4 HANA solutions and advanced analytics, ensuring that our technical architecture aligns with long-term business objectives. By bridging the gap between intricate technical requirements and business outcomes, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and delivering scalable solutions that provide a competitive edge to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy robust S/4 HANA solutions to streamline core business processes and improve system performance for enterprise clients.

- Design and implement sophisticated data models and dashboards within SAP Analytics Cloud to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.

- Lead the migration and integration of legacy systems into the SAP HANA environment, ensuring seamless data integrity and minimal business disruption.

- Collaborate with internal development teams and external partners to troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks and optimize system architecture.

- Mentor junior consultants and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in SAP delivery standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and managing end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations, with a deep understanding of system landscape optimization.

- Proven ability to design and deliver complex reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud, translating raw data into meaningful business narratives.

- Strong proficiency in SAP HANA database management, including performance tuning, data modeling, and complex query optimization.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical leadership teams.

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, coordinating effectively across distributed teams in Chennai and beyond.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-stakes enterprise projects.
