About the Role:

iPivot is seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), global trade compliance and customs processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting SAP GTS solutions integrated with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA to enable compliant and efficient international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, implement and support SAP GTS solutions for global trade and regulatory compliance.

- Configure Compliance Management processes, including Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening, embargo checks and export control.

- Support Customs Management processes covering import/export declarations, customs processing and electronic communication.

- Configure product classification, tariff codes, export control classifications and license determination.

- Implement and support Trade Preference Management, including free trade agreements (FTAs), rules of origin and preference determination.

- Configure and maintain business partner, product master and organisational data required for global trade processes.

- Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including relevant Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP GTS configurations.

- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver corrective solutions.

- Support SAP GTS implementations, rollouts, upgrades, migrations and enhancement projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, logistics teams and technical consultants to ensure successful delivery.

- Maintain functional documentation, support audit requirements and ensure adherence to applicable trade regulations.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).

- Experience with SAP GTS 11.0 or later, or SAP GTS on S/4HANA.

- SAP GTS Compliance Management, including SPL screening, embargo management and legal control.

- Customs Management and international import/export processes.

- Product classification, tariff codes and export/import control.

- Trade Preference Management and free trade agreement processing.

- Integration of SAP GTS with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience with functional configuration, testing, troubleshooting and production support.

- Strong understanding of global trade compliance and customs processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with end-to-end SAP GTS implementation projects.

- Knowledge of customs systems and electronic declarations, such as AES and ATLAS, where applicable.

- Experience with EDI/IDoc integrations and interface monitoring.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.

- Experience working with international business teams and global trade regulations.

Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 15 years of professional experience.

- Strong functional expertise in SAP GTS and global trade compliance.

- Ability to independently manage configuration, implementation and support activities.

- Experience working in complex enterprise environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
