Job Title : SAP GRC Security Consultant

Location : India

Experience : 69 years (Overall SAP Security : 10+ years preferred)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Security Consultant to manage and strengthen SAP security and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Security along with hands-on experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage SAP Security roles and authorizations

- Work extensively on SAP GRC (Access Control, Risk Analysis, and Compliance)

- Perform user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and risk mitigation

- Handle role design, user provisioning, and troubleshooting security issues

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for secure SAP implementations

- Support audits by providing required documentation and resolving findings

Key Requirements :

- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in SAP GRC Security

- 10+ years of overall experience in SAP Security

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC (Access Control)

- Strong understanding of SoD concepts and risk compliance frameworks

- Experience in role design, user administration, and security audits

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with S/4HANA security

- Exposure to multiple SAP modules

- Knowledge of audit and compliance standards
