Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement comprehensive SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific business processes and compliance mandates.

- Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies within the SAP environment, advising clients on best practices for security and internal controls.

- Lead workshops and collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, design GRC processes, and facilitate successful system integration and user adoption.

- Manage the full lifecycle of GRC projects, including planning, execution, testing, and post-go-live support, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Develop and deliver training programs for client teams on SAP GRC functionalities and security best practices, fostering self-sufficiency and continuous improvement.

- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) as it pertains to SAP security and GRC, ensuring client systems meet audit requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP GRC issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions to maintain system integrity and performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP GRC modules, including Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), Process Control, and Risk Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.

- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts across various modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM) and their integration with GRC.

- Proficient in conducting security risk assessments, defining control frameworks, and developing remediation plans in complex enterprise environments.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating technical requirements into business solutions and vice versa.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders, leading client discussions, and mentoring team members.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing consulting environment, working effectively both independently and as part of a distributed team across multiple locations in India.

- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in SAP GRC and Security Risk Management roles.
