Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transactional Banking (TRBK) Lead to drive solution design, delivery, and transformation initiatives within a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine and capture business requirements, including NFRs

- Support CXO, BA, and squads in creating/refining Epics, Features & User Stories in ADO

- Design and deliver solutions on SAP Fioneer Transactional Banking (TRBK) platform

- Work closely with vendors/partners for TRBK implementation and Banking Services 9 migration

- Support Solution Architects in creating HLSD and detailed designs

- Drive clean core implementations aligned with SAP best practices

- Partner with delivery squads to build and deliver scalable solutions

- Identify opportunities to enhance customer & staff journeys using TRBK & BTP OOTB capabilities

- Mentor SAP functional consultants and provide technical leadership

- Bring thought leadership in TRBK implementations

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP Banking Services and SAP solution delivery

- Proven expertise in SAP Fioneer TRBK

- Solid banking domain experience

- Experience mentoring and guiding SAP functional teams

- Hands-on experience in Agile environments

- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

- Ability to navigate complex enterprise landscapes

Good to Have : Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and Fiori
