Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP MM and a secondary specialization in Logistics, VIM, QM, or TM to join our dynamic delivery teams in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune. In this role, you will act as a bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring that our supply chain and procurement processes are optimized for global scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, business process owners, and technical development teams to design, configure, and deploy SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency. Your work will directly influence the agility of our clients' supply chains, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance outcomes that support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end SAP MM solutions, ensuring alignment with client-specific procurement and inventory management workflows to enhance process transparency.

- Lead the integration of secondary modules such as Logistics, VIM, QM, or TM to streamline cross-functional data flow and eliminate operational silos.

- Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP configurations, providing functional leadership during full-cycle implementations and large-scale transformation projects.

- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, validate business processes, and ensure the final solution meets strategic organizational objectives.

- Oversee the resolution of critical production issues and provide expert-level guidance on system enhancements to maintain high system availability and user satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in SAP MM configuration, including Master Data, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification, complemented by hands-on proficiency in at least one secondary module (Logistics, VIM, QM, or TM).

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex system behaviors and design innovative workarounds that adhere to SAP best practices.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships across diverse, global project teams.

- Possess a minimum of 7 - 12 years of relevant experience in SAP functional consulting, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in a hybrid work environment.

- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, to ensure the delivery of future-ready business solutions.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in supply chain management or information systems.
