About the Role :

We are looking for a SAP Full Stack AI Developer to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities within SAP applications.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), full-stack application development, and modern AI technologies, with hands-on experience building intelligent enterprise applications using Generative AI, SAP Joule, and SAP AI services.

This role requires a blend of SAP application development, cloud-native engineering, and AI solution development to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

- Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities into SAP applications using SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP Joule, and AI agent frameworks.

- Develop cloud-native applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model.

- Develop and enhance backend services using ABAP, CAP, REST APIs, and SAP BTP services while adhering to SAP Clean Core principles.

- Build responsive frontend applications using SAP Build Code, SAP UI technologies, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into SAP business processes.

- Develop AI-powered copilots, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, and enterprise search capabilities.

- Integrate SAP applications with enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven architectures.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization while following development best practices.

- Stay updated with emerging SAP AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of software development experience.

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI application development.

- Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

- Hands-on expertise in SAP CAP Model, SAP Build Code, and SAP extension development.

- Strong knowledge of ABAP, REST APIs, SAP Clean Core principles, and backend application development.

- Experience integrating SAP applications with enterprise APIs and cloud services.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP Joule, or equivalent SAP AI technologies.

- Experience developing AI applications using Python.

- Understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agent frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
