Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FS-CD Consultant with 6-8 years of overall SAP experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Financial Services Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP FS-CD configuration, implementation, integration, and support within the Insurance domain. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize FS-CD solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP FS-CD solutions based on business and functional requirements.

- Develop and implement functional configuration concepts in SAP FS-CD.

- Configure and support key FS-CD processes including :

1. Collections Management

2. Disbursements

3. Claims Processing

4. Invoicing

5. Billing

6. Check Processing

- Integrate SAP FS-CD with upstream and downstream systems across the insurance ecosystem.

- Design and monitor FS-CD batch jobs and processing activities.

- Configure and manage FQEVENTS and related event-driven processes.

- Handle error management, troubleshooting, and process optimization within FS-CD.

- Identify and design cross-system integration processes and data flows.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Support defect resolution and ensure timely closure of production issues.

- Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration documents, and user manuals.

- Work closely with technical teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of overall SAP consulting experience.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FS-CD.

Insurance Domain Expertise :

- Strong understanding of Insurance business processes and products.

- Knowledge of the end-to-end value chain of a Primary Insurer.

- Understanding of policy administration, claims management, billing, collections, and financial processes.

- Familiarity with insurance industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Experience in :

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in large-scale insurance transformation projects.

- SAP FS-CD or SAP Insurance-related certification is preferred.

- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.
