Role Overview :

As the SAP Fiori Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of intuitive user experiences within complex SAP S/4HANA environments. You will act as the primary technical authority, bridging the gap between intricate backend processes and end-user requirements to ensure seamless digital interaction. Working closely with senior stakeholders, functional consultants, and global project teams, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Fiori applications, ensuring that the delivered solutions drive measurable business outcomes and operational excellence for our clients in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead the implementation of end-to-end SAP Fiori and UI5 solutions to modernize user interfaces across S/4HANA landscapes.

- Oversee the development of OData services and SAP Gateway configurations to ensure robust integration between backend SAP systems and frontend applications.

- Manage the migration and deployment of applications using SAP Business Application Studio and SAP Web IDE to optimize development workflows.

- Direct the integration of Fiori applications with SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Platform to enhance scalability and cloud-native capabilities.

- Mentor cross-functional teams on best practices for HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript development to maintain high standards of code quality.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, user-centric technical designs.

- Provide strategic oversight on project management activities, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 applications within large-scale S/4HANA environments.

- Advanced proficiency in SAP OData, SAP Gateway, and SAP ABAP development, with a deep understanding of backend-to-frontend connectivity.

- Proven ability to utilize SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Web IDE, and SAP Business Application Studio to deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

- Strong command of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

- Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams through complex digital transformation lifecycles.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.

- Must possess 18 - 22 years of relevant professional experience in SAP technical architecture and leadership roles.

- Ability to work effectively in a high-stakes environment, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence in the Nigerian market.
