About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fiori Consultant to design, develop, and enhance intuitive, responsive, and scalable SAP Fiori applications for enterprise business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, OData Services, SAP Gateway, and front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

As an SAP Fiori Consultant, you will work closely with functional consultants, ABAP developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to develop user-centric SAP applications, integrate SAP backend services, and deliver high-quality solutions that improve user experience and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Fiori Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP Fiori applications using the SAPUI5 framework.

- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance enterprise applications following SAP Fiori design principles.

- Customize and enhance standard SAP Fiori applications based on business requirements.

- Develop reusable UI components and ensure consistency across applications.

2. SAPUI5 & Frontend Development:

- Develop interactive user interfaces using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Implement responsive layouts and optimize applications for multiple devices.

- Ensure high-quality code by following SAPUI5 development standards and best practices.

- Perform UI enhancements, debugging, and performance optimization.

3. OData Services & SAP Gateway:

- Develop, consume, and integrate OData Services with SAP Fiori applications.

- Configure and maintain SAP Gateway services for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers to develop and expose backend services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between SAP systems and Fiori applications.

4. Application Integration:

- Integrate SAP Fiori applications with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems.

- Support application deployment, configuration, and enhancements.

- Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between frontend applications and SAP backend systems.

- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.

5. Testing & Support:

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Support production environments by resolving defects and implementing enhancements.

- Maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and project planning sessions.

- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Work effectively in Agile development environments to ensure timely project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, OData Services, and SAP Gateway.

- Experience developing, customizing, and enhancing SAP Fiori applications.

- Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA integration.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and deployment is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
