Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Fieldglass VMS solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business requirements and industry best practices.

- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their contingent workforce management processes and translate them into functional specifications.

- Configure SAP Fieldglass modules, including worker management, service procurement, and invoice management, to meet specific client needs.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP Fieldglass implementations.

- Provide training and support to clients on the use of SAP Fieldglass, empowering them to effectively manage their contingent workforce.

- Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP Fieldglass implementations, ensuring smooth system operation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Fieldglass features and functionalities, providing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

- Contribute to the development of SAP Fieldglass best practices and methodologies within Clovio IT Consulting.

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Fieldglass VMS implementation and configuration, with a deep understanding of contingent workforce management processes.
