Role Overview :

As an SAP Fieldglass Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between business requirements and technical execution within the contingent workforce management ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy end-to-end solutions that manage external talent and service procurement.

Your contributions will directly influence how our clients scale their workforce, ensuring seamless integration between Fieldglass and their core SAP ERP or S/4HANA environments to drive operational efficiency and spend visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure SAP Fieldglass modules to align with client-specific procurement processes, ensuring high adoption rates and process accuracy.

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex workforce management needs into functional specifications.

- Execute end-to-end integration testing between SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization.

- Provide expert-level functional support during the hyper-care phase to resolve configuration issues and optimize system performance for end-users.

- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents and user training manuals, to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer to client teams.

- Collaborate with technical developers to customize system workflows and reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights into contingent labor spend.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management, including worker onboarding, time tracking, and invoice management processes.

- Exhibit strong technical proficiency in integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP ERP or S/4HANA platforms to ensure data integrity across systems.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships across diverse project teams.

- Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of consulting, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.

- Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record of managing full-cycle SAP implementations.
