We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead (Technical) with strong expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling modules, SAP S/4HANA, integrations, and end-to-end implementation/support projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling business requirements, technical coordination, client communication, and production support activities independently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects

- Configure and support FI & CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, COPA, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

- Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW objects, interfaces, and custom developments

- Handle integration with SAP MM, SD, and third-party systems

- Support testing, UAT, go-live, and production issue resolution

- Prepare functional specifications and support documentation

- Manage client communication and stakeholder coordination

Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years of SAP FICO experience

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI & CO Configuration

- SAP S/4HANA Finance experience

- Expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, COPA, Internal Orders, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting

- Experience with FI-MM & FI-SD Integration

- Knowledge of IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, Interfaces & RICEFW objects

- Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects

- Strong communication and team handling skills
