Position Title : SAP FICO Support Consultant

Location : Corporate office, Andheri.

Experience : 2 - 5 Years

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle SAP FICO module configuration and customization based on organizational requirements.

- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP FICO solutions and enhancements.

- Support implementation of legal, statutory, and taxation-related changes in SAP.

- Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and issue resolution for SAP FICO-related problems.

- Develop and support reports, upload programs, data correction activities, and LSMW processes.

- Coordinate with technical teams for program changes, custom developments, and testing activities.

- Provide day-to-day production support and ensure smooth business operations.

- Conduct branch/user training sessions and provide functional guidance to end users.

- Resolve user queries and support tickets within defined timelines.

- Prepare functional specifications, testing documents, and user manuals.

- Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure system compliance with business processes and internal controls.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and customization.

- Experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

- Good understanding of business processes, accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.

- Experience with LSMW, data uploads, and report handling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and user-handling abilities.

- Experience in support and implementation projects preferred.
