SAP FICO Lead

Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead with strong functional expertise and proven experience in end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving SAP financial solutions and leading FICO initiatives.

Key Requirements (Must Have) :

- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience

- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (mandatory)

- Strong expertise in :

a. Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)

b. Controlling (CO) processes

- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration

- Experience in integration with modules like MM, SD, PP

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA / ECC to S/4 migration

- SAP FICO Certification

- Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies

- Experience in financial system integration & automation

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (Blueprint ? Go-live ? Support)

- Manage configuration and optimization of FICO modules

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define financial processes

- Ensure integration with other SAP modules

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants

- Handle UAT, data migration, and post-go-live support

- Ensure compliance with SOX and financial regulations

- Proven experience in leading implementation projects

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
