Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO HANA Consultant to join our Mumbai-based team, playing a pivotal role in driving financial transformation for our enterprise clients. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary functional architect, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, senior stakeholders, and client finance departments to lead end-to-end implementations and provide high-level support for S/4 HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP functional areas to meet specific client business objectives.

- Design and configure complex financial business processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting, to streamline client financial operations.

- Facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and oversee the development process to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for existing SAP FI environments, resolving critical system issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

- Mentor junior consultants and team members by sharing best practices in SAP HANA methodologies, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth within the practice.

- Manage data migration activities and cutover strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to S/4 HANA for large-scale enterprise clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP FICO and S/4 HANA, with a proven track record of managing complex full-cycle implementations and support engagements.

- Exceptional ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to diagnose intricate system bottlenecks and propose scalable, long-term functional solutions.

- Proven experience in collaborating within a hybrid work environment in Mumbai, maintaining high productivity and team synergy across distributed project teams.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a deep understanding of global financial standards and statutory reporting requirements.

- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project demands and client-specific business models, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
