Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will be responsible for design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FICO solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Implementation

- Perform requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design

- Prepare conceptual and technical design documents

- Configure SAP FI/CO modules based on business requirements

- Present solutions to global stakeholders for validation

SAP FICO Functional Expertise :

- Work extensively on :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Cost & Profit Center Accounting (CPA)

5. Asset Accounting & Intercompany Accounting

- Manage SAP payment processes and encryption/decryption mechanisms

- Integration & Collaboration

- Handle integration with SAP modules : MM, SD, PP, PM, HR, PS

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants

Data & Process Management :

- Perform data mapping between source and target systems

- Conduct gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be processes)

- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide support for SAP FICO operations and issues

- Work on implementation and support projects

- Ensure system stability and performance

Mandatory Skills (Must Have) :

- 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO

- Strong hands-on experience in :

- SAP FI & CO modules configuration

- GL, AP, AR, Cost & Profit Center Accounting

- Experience in :

1. End-to-end SAP implementation and support projects

2. SAP integration with modules like MM, SD, PP, PM, HR, PS

- Strong knowledge of :

1. SAP Payment Processes

2. Encryption/Decryption processes

- Expertise in :

1. Data Mapping & Gap Analysis

- Experience in :

- EDI / Interface projects

- Strong understanding of :

1. Financial Accounting & Management Accounting processes

2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
