Key Responsibilities :

- Work as an SAP FICO Consultant on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP FICO solutions.

- Perform configuration and implementation activities across relevant SAP Finance and Controlling processes.

- Participate in the complete implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand finance-related requirements.

- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams wherever required.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.

- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities as required.

- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams such as SD, MM, PP, and other modules for end-to-end business processes.

- Provide regular status updates and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

- Proven hands-on implementation experience in SAP FICO.

- Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling business processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and implementation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in client-facing environments is preferred.

- Experience working on end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.

- Exposure to integration with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM and PP.

- Experience in UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, and post-production support.

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and client teams.
